The Story

The Tours project shares a similar story with the World of Color project: a confusing product with all new content.

To get answers, I went to Anaheim, was given a tour, and interviewed many Tour Guides and Cast Members——from those who greet the Guests when they arrive to specific Tour Guides.

Know Before You Go

The question all Cast Members and Guides responded to best: What do you wish Guests knew before they come to the Park?

With their answers, I was able to populate with Know Before You Go section of the Tour detail pages with important information such as, instructions on how to make a reservation, where to meet your Tour Guide, and what to wear.

Additional details that were added to the site: length of tour, maximum tour size, tour cost, age interests, and location of tour.
